The Renovation

After a long wait, we finally received the permits February 2023 for the construction of the swimming pool and the renovation of the house and we started the renovation immediately!

All renovation is completed at the house and we have a stunning Infinity pool.

In the mean time the garden is becoming more beautiful every day. A lot of work has been done. Like the pond is now free from hedera and working. The main terrace has been paved with local natural stones from the Piemont mountains, existing terraces restored and the stairs at the side of the house has been restored by an experienced bricklayer and now save to walk on.

A new kitchen is installed to prepair a delicious breakfast.

All bathrooms are restored. All 5 have a different style and colours, 1 bathroom also has a bath.

Every room has double glass.
